Twenty three people enjoyed a plentiful buffet and sang Happy Birthday to Bob Couch.
John Donovan officially opened the business meeting at 6:35. It was moved and seconded to not read the minutes from the last meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
$60.00 dues was collected.
The September 19 dinner is being planned by Josephine and Dan and Rita. They are thinking of Duke's Station on Baptist Road. If you would like to go call Josephine @ 412-595-7648 or Rita@412-833-1855. They are thinking of Duke's Station on Baptist Road.
The boat ride at Moraine State Park has been planned for Friday, October 7. We'll leave Hidden Ridge at 11.00 to carpool and stop at King's in Wexford for Brunch. After the scenic boat ride at 2:30 we'll have dinner at the Kaufmann House, If you would like to go call Dan Andreucci @ 412- 308-6738 or John @ 412- 835-2968.
Bob De Grazia will look into the The Andy Warhol Museum for a possible outing.
NEW BUSINESS
We are looking for someone to plan the October dinner.
Joe and Carolyn are planning the November dinner and looking at the Rockwell Red Lion in Elizabeth, hoping they'll be decorated for Christmas.
Jeanne and Jerry Miller are looking into a winery tour and will get information.
Pittsburgh Music Theater Spring session includes Spring Awakening, Chess, Jesus Christ Superstar and Legally Blonde. 412-456-1390
The Crowne Plaza Dinner Theater is presenting Hurray for Hollywood 10/28/10/29 and 10/30. Dinner and show cost $38.00. 724-746-1178.
The Wright House in Venetia is a suggestion for October.
We are trying to fill a bus to go to a winery in Erie and have lunch and tour a chocolate factory.. The cost is $73.00 per person.
After a motion was made and seconded the meeting closed at 7:00.
